Roomba Vacuum Cleaner - IRobot Cleans Carpets and Floors.

About two months ago, I bought an IRobot Roomba Vacuum Cleaner from Amazon. It is the best vacuum cleaning decision I have ever made in my life. Talk about switching the thing on and letting it do the Roomba on my floors. I even put on appropriate music for it to work to, while I watched it do the work I used to do. I also have to tell you, though I won’t normally admit it, but watching it work gave me a great deal of pleasure.

The Roomba is a versatile little robot. It goes under the bed so you don’t have to move the bed. It goes under the couch so you don’t have to move the couch. It even removes any dog hair, cat hair (and my hair) from the carpet. I am in love with it.

Quality Vacuum Cleaning!
The IRobot Roomba vacuum cleaner cleans floors and carpets just as cleanly with kittens on top of it as without kittens on top of it. This is demonstrated in the video below. It does an excellent job. The carpets are spotless afterwards as are the wooden kitchen and bathroom floors.

The Roomba Works Quiety
In addition, it goes from room to room without a murmur. Well, the murmur is very soft – just enough for you to know that it’s doing its work. This is very different to that horrible noise an upright vacuum cleaner emits while you help it do its job.

I was also quite intrigued to watch the Roomba climb wooden floor mats, clean over them, and climb down the other side. Well, it’s more like a glide or a slide. It even works equally well with a cat on top of it. Afterwards, the carpets and floors are immaculate whether it has had cats, kittens, or nothing at all on top of it . You will notice, though, that the first time you use it, it takes quite a bit of time. That’s because it is taking out a lot of dirt that you never knew was there before. Well, okay, let me rephrase that – that I never knew was there before. It really vacuums very well.

This is the best option for a vacuum cleaner on the market
If you come home from work totally stressed and the carpet needs cleaning, believe me, it’s the last thing you feel like. Well, with the Roomba, you put on the music, grab a glass of wine, , put on some soft music and watch the Roomba clean the floors.

Watch this Amazing Clean Up Job
The Roomba is more powerful than any vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. Perhaps, that’s not saying much, and then, again, perhaps it is. Just watch it get rid of all the dust on this table and tell me it's not awesome!

After four Months, Not a Hint of a Problem!
Probably, I should wait a year or two before I tell you that this is a suberb product. Then, again, I did a lot of research on it before I bought it. It has measured up to what I expected in every way. I have to admit that I didn't expect it to clean as efficiently as it does. But then, in many respects, all of us are let down by so many products that I've grown accustomed to not expecting too much. Well, I have been more than pleasantly surprised!

The Moral of the Story
If you read my piece on the Stainless Steel Electric Skillet (without Telfon) that I bought recently, you will remember that I liked every thing that I owned to be small, highly functional, and beautiful. I wanted my IRobot Roomba 530 to perform, take up very little space and take care of many functions. Well, just like that amazing electric skillet, this little vacuum cleaner is truly beautiful, is small and does a truly amazing job.

Okay, so you’re going to ask me why I bought the IRobot Roomba 530 vacuum cleaner and not the IRobot Roomba 560. The answer is because it matched my furniture and color scheme. It was white. However, I did do the necessary research and it most certainly does the job and I am very, very, very happy with it.
